The first preview of THEY CALLED US OUTLAWS – Armadillo World Studios’ upcoming six-chapter, twelve-hour documentary on the history and legacy of the Outlaw country-rock movement of Cosmic Cowboys and Honky Tonk Heroes has been unveiled today via Rolling Stone, who exclusively shared the first trailer from the epic project, written and directed by Austin filmmaker Eric Geadelman, and executive produced by Grammy Hall of Fame recipient and “Original Outlaw” Jessi Colter, in partnership with the Country Music Hall of Fame® and Museum.  The holiday television special NEW YEAR’S EVE LIVE: NASHVILLE’S BIG BASH returns to CBS this year, and BROOKS & DUNN, KELSEA BALLERINI, LITTLE BIG TOWN and ZAC BROWN BAND will headline, with more artists to be announced.  The special will air SATURDAY, DECEMBER 31st, from 8 to 10p (ET/PT), and continue from 10:30p to 1:30a (ET/PT) on the CBS TELEVISION NETWORK. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on PARAMOUNT+. Multi-Platinum hitmaker Jon Pardi stars in this week’s episode of fan-favorite summertime series “CMT Campfire Sessions,” premiering this FRIDAY, August 26th at 10p/9c exclusively on CMT.  |
