Johnny Blue Skies Album Digitally Released IN FULL on YouTube Ahead of Physical Release.

So a few weeks ago it was announced that Johnny Blue Skies, AKA Sturgill Simpson, was bypassing the usual streaming platforms to distribute his new album « Mutiny After Midnight« , due out March 13th, opening up pre-orders for physical media only. That means vinyl, cassettes and CD’s. Pre-orders sold out in record time, as did the old-school media-ripping tools for those of us that still remember how to capture a physical track to load onto an MP3 player.

So imagine his fans surprise and joy when they woke this morning to find he had uploaded the ENTIRE Johnny Blue Skies album in full, no skips to YouTube.
