According to updates shared by his daughter and family, Jeremy was struck by a tractor trailer and pushed into another semi. He was airlifted from the scene and admitted to the ICU. On site, he could not move his limbs. Later, doctors confirmed he could move all four, which was a hopeful early sign. He remains disoriented and facing extensive injuries including a broken back, broken neck, and broken ribs.

Jordan Davis Drops “Like God Intended” While Selling Out Arenas Overseas

Jordan Davis is stacking wins overseas while still feeding fans back home.

Jordan Davis Tickets

Fresh off a sold-out show at London’s OVO Arena Wembley, Davis has released a brand-new single titled “Like God Intended.” The timing feels deliberate. He’s expanding his international footprint, but he hasn’t taken his foot off the gas in the States.

That balance matters.

A Global Run, A Grounded Song

Jordan Davis’ Ain’t Enough Road Tour has been drawing strong crowds across the U.K. and Europe, adding to an already steady career climb that includes nine U.S. No. 1 hits and major radio dominance.

Instead of waiting until the tour wraps to drop new music, he’s keeping momentum alive with a track that leans into the themes he does best.

“Like God Intended” centers on small-town rituals and simple pleasures. Fishing at sunset. Cold beer. A girl who makes the world feel right. It nods to tradition without sounding stuck in it.

The songwriting credits include Davis alongside Paul DiGiovanni, Chase McGill and Blake Pendergrass, and you can hear that collaborative polish without losing the lived-in feel of his delivery.

Steady, Not Flashy

What’s interesting about Davis is how consistent he’s been.

He’s not chasing viral moments. He’s not pivoting genres. He’s building.

With previous albums like Bluebird Days and Learn The Hard Way, he’s carved out a lane built on emotional clarity and everyday storytelling. “Like God Intended” fits cleanly into that catalog.

While some artists lean heavily into spectacle when they hit overseas arenas, Davis seems comfortable letting the songs do the heavy lifting.

Still Growing at Home

Stateside, he continues to climb radio charts and remain a dependable presence in the country mainstream. That dual success, international expansion paired with domestic consistency, is not easy to pull off.

Releasing new music in the middle of a global run keeps the thread intact for fans who may not be catching him live this leg.

Jordan Davis may be selling out arenas across the pond, but he’s still writing songs that feel like they belong on a back porch at home.

That means vinyl, cassettes and CD’s. Pre-orders sold out in record time, as did the old-school media-ripping tools for those of us that still remember how to capture a physical track to load onto an MP3 player.
