CMT revealed the debut of the newest installment of the iconic “CMT Crossroads” franchise with multi-Grammy® Award winning duo FOR KING + COUNTRY andGrammy® Award-nominated, CMA & ACM winning country star Jimmie Allen.
“CMT Crossroads: FOR KING + COUNTRY & Jimmie Allen” premieres with a special one-hour presentation on Tuesday, February 28th at 10p/9c, with an immediate encore at 11p/10c and additional airings Sunday, March 5 at 11a/10c (CMT), Friday, March 10 at 8p/7c (CMT Music) and Saturday, March 11 at 10a/9c and 6p/5c (CMT Music).
Multiple GRAMMY nominee, Country Music Association award winner, author and songwriter/vocalist Kelsea Ballerini is slated to make her Saturday Night Live debut as musical guest on March 4th alongside host Travis Kelce.
The announcement comes on the heels of a career-defining week for Ballerini who is fresh off the surprise release of her intimate six-song EP Rolling Up the Welcome Mat (Black River) on February 14th. The EP, along with an accompanying short film written and directed by Ballerini, marks the multi-platinum star’s most intimate and honest work to date. Singer/actress JENNIFER NETTLES is set to host the new FOX dating show, FARMER WANTS A WIFE, premiering WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8th at 9p (ET)/(PT).
The show will follow four hard-working farmers, all in search of love. NETTLES, known both as a solo artist and the lead singer of Country duo SUGARLAND, has previous television reality show credits that include being a judge on TBS’ GO-BIG SHOW.
