Charles Wesley Godwin returns to the Grand Ole Opry tonight, ahead of the release of his third album and Big Loud Records debut Family Ties, out this Friday, Sept. 22. It will be Godwin’s second Opry performance of the year, following his debut in February.
On Thursday, Sept. 21, Godwin will perform in his home state of West Virginia at Healing Appalachia, a three-show benefit for Hope in the Hills, which helps support recovery efforts around central Appalachia. Godwin joins a line-up that includes Tyler Childers, Jason Isbelland the400 Unit, Trey Anastasio, and Marcus King.
