C’est en plein coeur de Rosaireville («Il n’y a rien à Rosaireville, c’est un chemin, il n’y a même pas de rue principale.» sic. Lisa), son village natal de 40 habitants au Nouveau-Brunswick, à Granby, lors de sa formation à l’École nationale de la chanson, ainsi qu’à Montréal, où elle réside depuis maintenant un an, queLisa LeBlanc a écrit l’ensemble des chansons qui composent son premier album en carrière. Réalisé par Louis-Jean Cormier (Karkwa) et enregistré au studio Piccolo, l’album est disponible au Canada depuis mars 2012 surBonsound Records!
L’acadienne, qui composait ses premiers textes cinq ans plus tôt, est originaire d’une famille de mélomanes assumés. Excellente guitariste et auteure-compositrice-interprète prometteuse, Lisa LeBlanc a partagé la scène avec plusieurs artistes déjà. Lauréate de la grande finale du prestigieux Festival international de la chanson de Granby en septembre 2010, cet honneur lui donne une importante visibilité auprès des médias francophones du pays. Elle a depuis participé à la dernière édition du Coup de coeur francophone, aux FrancoFolies de Montréal ainsi qu’au Festival d’été de Québec l’été dernier, pour ne nommer que ceux-ci. Véritable bête de scène qui accumule déjà plus de 300 spectacles aux quatre coins du pays, en France et en Suisse, cette jeune artiste sait comment s’y prendre pour faire lever une soirée et faire danser son public! Trimbalant toujours avec elle son énergie, sa joie de vivre, son charisme, sa sincérité et bien sûr, sa belle voix et sa musique, le but de Lisa LeBlanc est simple: chanter aussi souvent qu’elle le peut! Et ce, pour notre plus grand plaisir!

Pierre-Claude Artus revient d’une tournée de 5 semaines au Bénin et au Togo. Il y a fait une série d’animations et de concerts où les enfants africains ont appris que le banjo est un instrument originaire de leur continent. Il a également collaboré avec des musiciens locaux.
